CONCERNING
AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE No. P-41/BC/2008 CONCERNING EXPORT CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION

DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE,

Considering:

that in the framework to give enough direction to develop Customs and Excise Service Computer System to give time to service user to match with customs export notification as governed by Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-41/BC/2008 concerning Export Customs Notification, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise concerning Amendment to the Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-41/BC/2008 concerning Export Customs Notification;

In view of:

1. Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs (Statute Book No. 75/1995, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612) as amended by Law No. 17/2006 (Statute Book No. 93/2006, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4661);

2. Law No. 11/1995 concerning Excise (Statute Book No. 76/1995, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3613) as amended by Law No. 39/2007 (Statute Book No. 105/2007, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4755);

3. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 100/PMK.01/2008 concerning the Organizational Structure and Work Mechanism of the Ministry of Finance as amended by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 149/PMK.01/2008;

4. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 155/PMK.04/2008 concerning Customs Notification;

5. Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-41/BC/2008 concerning Export Customs Notification;

HAS DECIDED:

To stipulate:

REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISECONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE No. P-41/BC/2008 CONCERNING EXPORT CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION

Article I

Several provisions in Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-41/BC/2008 concerning Export Customs Notification are amended as follows:

1. Provision in Article 9 is amended, so wholly Article 9 read as follows:

"Article 9
(1) When this Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise comes into effect, in case Customs Service Computer System (SKP) in export at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise cannot be operated fully based on this Regulation of the Director General, goods export notification use form as stipulated in Attachment III of this Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise.
(2) Provision as intended in paragraph (1) valid until date as stipulated in Attachment IV that is integral part of this Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise."

2. Add new attachment as Attachment IV of Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-41/BC/2008 concerning Export Customs Notification as been stipulated in Attachment of this Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise.

Article II

The Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
